- Filing Fee for Duval County – $409.00
- Filing Fee for Clay County – $408.00
Children First in Divorce Class
After filing for divorce, married couples with children are required by the Court to sign up for and attend a "Children First in Divorce" class. The class fee is $50.00 per person.
Sheriff’s Fees
A sheriff's services fee will be needed if your spouse refuses to sign the divorce papers. The said spouse will have to be served and will have 20 days to file a written response. In the State of Florida, sheriff's fees start at $40.00. For out-of-state inquiries, please get in touch with the respective State or County for their specific fees, costs, and addresses.
Paternity Case
Filing a paternity action is a crucial step in legally identifying the birth father, thereby facilitating the establishment of child support, insurance provisions for the minor child, tax claim decisions, and the allocation of time spent with the child. Then, creating a parenting plan is instrumental in determining primary custody, visitation schedules, transportation arrangements, and holiday planning. The goal is to guarantee that the parents will compromise on having equal time with the child or children.
Our Services and Fee
For $425.00, we will efficiently organize all requisite paperwork for your DIY paternity case filing. Our services include preparing court documents like parenting plans, final judgments, financial affidavits, notaries, child support worksheets, etc. Please note that the Court will also require a copy of the child's birth certificate. Click here to find and download our parenting plan template, paternity information sheet, and other related forms.
Other Paternity Case-Related Fees
Court fees vary by county. If the other party will not sign the paternity case papers, they may have to be served. Contacting the county where the other party resides is crucial to learning that county’s service fees and getting the necessary assistance in serving the court documents.
Child Support and Custody Arrangement Modification
A supplemental petition for modification is necessary to change court-ordered child support, visitation, and custody arrangements. Our modification information template outlines the required details for this process to help make filing the necessary paperwork simpler on your end.
Our Services and Fee
For $425.00 plus a Court filing fee, we offer to help prepare all modification-related court documents like notaries, final judgment, child support worksheet, financial affidavits, and other paperwork. Download our modification information sheet to jumpstart the process. Please also obtain a copy of all final judgments and previous court orders from your local courthouse's Clerk of Courts office and provide these documents to us.
Other Modification-Related Fees
If the other party will have to be served, contacting the sheriff's department in the county they reside in is important to find out the service fee and get the necessary help in serving the court documents.
